Butter yellow velvet sofa of dreams

Some pieces carry a lifetime of stories, and this childhood sofa was one of them. It had been loved, lived on, and cherished for years, but the fabric had started to give way, becoming torn, frayed, and threadbare in places. My client wanted to honour those memories while giving the sofa a new lease of life, and she chose the most beautiful velvet from Linwood to do it. Now it feels like a soft cloud to curl up on at the end of a busy day.
